When you think of summer, pools, & wine, you don't necessarily think Francis Ford Coppola. Surprisingly, he's managed to create a summer oasis in Napa, at the Francis Ford Coppola winery. Sip, Swim, Dine, & Enjoy Life is the motto on their website. I recently spent a day at the winery celebrating a girlfriends birthday, and did just that, sipped wine, swam, bathed in the sun, dined pool-side, and enjoyed life. 
For access to the pool you must rent a Cabine, a small changing room with a shower. A package Includes: Four (4) pool passes, up to four (4) lounge chairs, use of four (4) towels, two (2) wine tasting flights plus two (2) 'surprise' tastes of exclusive wines, and two (2) souvenir water bottles. I'd recomend the Sofia Rose, 2009 Director's Chardonnay, or the Sofia Brut all available by carafe, poolside.
